Festivals and Fundraisers at St. Vincent de Paul Church and School
Festivals, fundraisers, auctions, and other events are a fun and vital part of the St. Vincent de Paul Church and School experience. We know how to have fun, but the financial boost that these events give us also helps us support our parish and school.
Whether you join us for an event, attend our dinner auction, or buy pizza from our students during our annual pizza sale, you’re helping our parish and/or school as we exhibit God’s love, preach to the masses, and educate the next generation.
Fun Festivals Benefit Our Parish
Dinners Help Build the Parish and School
In addition to Dine to Donate and other events that pop up throughout the year, there are two annual dinner events that help keep our parish and school running. The dinner auction is our single biggest fundraiser in terms of impact, and has helped us provide the school with numerous items.
- The dinner auction is held every summer in late July or early August at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Washington. More details are announced closer to the event.
- An all-you-can-eat turkey and ham dinner is held the first Sunday in October on the Immaculate Conception parish grounds. Proceeds benefit the parish.
Other Fundraisers
- The Charleston Wrap is a traditional gift item fundraiser opportunity that takes place each September. St. Vincent School students and their families sell an assortment of products. This event is a major fundraiser for the school.
- The TJ’s Pizza Fundraiser is held each December at St. Vincent de Paul School. There’s never a bad time for pizza, and our students and their families sell delicious pizzas to benefit the school.
- Our annual Dartball tournament benefits the 8th grade pro-life trip. This exciting, fun, and competitive event takes place each winter in the SVS dining room.
- Trivia Night brings some laughter and smiles to the chilly winter month of January. Held in the SVS dining room, this event benefits the school and is sure to be a night to remember!
These and other fundraisers are shared on our Facebook page and through our school community.
